Hair is my passion and my peace, I love to give ALL my clients an amazing experience and to make them feel beautiful as well. ✨ POLICY INFORMATION ✨ ✨ BOOKING POLICY ✨ 🚨 No REFUNDS 🚨 🚨 NO REFUNDS 🚨 -please be sure to provide a VALID email address and phone number so that all appointment information can be sent - Please be sure to select all of your desired " ADD ONS " before confirming your appointment - Crimps and Pin Curls must be added separately when booking you can select either two in the " ADD ONS" section - The remainder of your balance is to be payed in ‼️CASH ONLY‼️please come with EXACT payment I do not provide change or ATM - I do make videos as well as take pictures for content please come picture ready if you’d wish for me not to take any videos or photos please leave a note for me in the note section - ‼️ NO EXTRA GUEST ‼️ ✨ DEPOSIT POLICY ✨ - Please be sure to use a VALID DEBIT/ CREDIT card when booking your appointment - There’s a $25.88 deposit ($25 deposit + a $0.88 service fee) that has to be paid at time of booking - The deposit will be charged upon booking and applied to the appointment total - 🚨ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 🚨 unless changes occur on my behalf - $25 goes toward your desired style - deposits are returned through our site and will be returned to the card used when booking refunds can take up to 1-3 business days depending on the bank. ✨ LATE POLICY ✨ - There is a 10 minute grace period , anything after 10 minutes theres a $20 late fee applied to your total cost - If it is 20 minutes pass your appointment time and you are not SITTING in my chair you’re appointment WILL BE CANCELLED and you will have to reschedule for another day - Please communicate with me if you are going to be late and please be mindful I do have other clients as well thank you ✨ CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY ✨ -please be sure to use your confirmation or reminder email to cancel or reschedule all appointments - When canceling or rescheduling an appointment you have up until 24 hours before your appointment - I charge a 20% cancellation fee if appointment isn’t cancelled in the 24 hour window or if you NO CALL NO SHOW ‼️ - You are allowed to transfer your deposit 1 time after cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment you have up until 24 hours before your appointment to cancel no call no shows will be BANNED from booking. I charge a 20% cancellation fee if appointment isn’t cancelled in the 24 hour window or if you no call no show ! You are allowed to transfer your deposit 1 time after cancellation or rescheduling.
